Customers with birch.net email addresses may log in to
Birch Web Manager.

Before you setup your email, you need:


  • installed and working Internet service with Birch;

  • your first email address and password. (If you don't have your email address and/or password contact us.)

  • You are now ready to configure your email program.

    The configuration guides contained in either of the links below will explain, step-by-step, how to setup your email program to work with Birch Email. If your email program isn’t listed, use the generic setting to configure your email. If you still have problems contact us.
