1. Dial your voice mail access number, 1-866-303-0529 from your main office telephone number.


2. This will connect you PhoneManager, your telephone interface for voice mail. When asked, enter your temporary password, which is 1+ the last three digits of your main office telephone number.


3. Change your temporary password when prompted.


4. Follow the voice prompts to record your name and personalized greeting.

You are now ready to use your voice mail.

 

You can check your messages anytime, from anywhere, by following these steps:

1. Call your own phone number and let it ring to your voice mail.


2. When your greeting begins playing, interrupt it by pressing the * key.


3. Enter your password when prompted.
   

You are now ready to hear your voice messages.
