Birch Welcomes Liberty-Bell Telecom Customers

Welcome to Birch Communications!  Effective on or before June 20, 2014, your Liberty-Bell services were transfered from Liberty-Bell to Birch Communications.  We value your business and are dedicated to providing you with the best customer support in the industry.  We invite you to look around because there are many added products and services now available to you.

The agreement between Birch and Liberty-Bell has been structured so that the transfer of services will be virtually seamless.  Your services will continue to work as usual.  However, there are a few changes to which you should be aware:

  • You will now start receiving a Birch invoice. Your product and plan names will change, but your services will continue to work the same.
  • Your invoice will be easier to read, understand and analyze due to the fact that Birch has removed many of the itemized fees and incorporated them into the monthly charge for your products.
  • AutoPay and Online payments are available!  After your first invoice, please visit My Account Sign In on for easy access to your invoice and to setup online payments.  Please note that if you currently have AutoPay set up with Liberty-Bell, you must re-establish AutoPay with Birch prior to your due date.
  • Payment Cycles and Due Dates: Birch payment cycles begin on your statement date, your due date will be 21 calendar days after your statement date.  AutoPay by Credit Card will be withdrawn 14 days prior to your due date. AutoDraft by Checking or Savings account will be withdrawn on your due date. Please note: Your statement date may change.
  • Fees, Surcharges & Taxes: Fees & surcharges will have new names, and will have slight changes that will offset each other. Taxes will continue to be calculated based upon federal, state and municipal laws.
  • Voicemail: Your Liberty-Bell voicemail will remain unchanged and continue to work after the transition.  However, the new location for web access to your voicemail will be: so please update your bookmarks.
  • Account Codes: You will no longer be able to make Label Changes for your Account Codes online.  To make changes after the transfer, you will need to contact Birch Communications Customer Service at 1-888-772-4724.

Please use your phone number until you receive your account number with your first Birch invoice.
