Check your e-mail anywhere. You can read, send and manage your e-mail when you’re away from the office from any PC that has Internet access. Just log in to your WebMail on the left hand side of this page by entering your phone number, clicking go, and then clicking the link to your e-mail.
Birch E-mail comes free-of-charge with Birch Internet service. Once you have activated your first e-mail address and password you can view your messages through your existing e-mail program (for example Outlook 2010, or Mac Mail). Change your e-mail account settings. To change your e-mail account settings, add or delete e-mail addresses, change passwords and auto-forward/reply to incoming e-mail, sign in to your Email WebManager on the right hand side of this page.

Follow the directions on your DSL modem guide carefully. If you encounter problems in making a connection to the Internet, please unplug your modem from all connections including power, and repeat the installation. If that does not fix the problem, please contact us.
