Birch Mobilizes to Assist Victims of Arkansas/Oklahoma Tornadoes
Atlanta, Ga. – May 5, 2014 – Birch Communications,a leading provider of business focused communications, cloud and managed services to small, medium and enterprise-sized businesses announced today that it has closed the previously announced today that it is taking steps to assist those whose businesses or residences were damaged by the recent tornadoes near Mayflower, Arkansas and Ouapaw, Oklahoma.
- To allow reception of phone calls by forwarding or to a cell phone or other number, Birch will waive the Service Charge for adding and for one month of Remote Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Variable, Remote Access to Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Don’t Answer, and Call Forwarding Busy Line.
- Birch will also waive the service charge for installation of service at the temporary location of the customer and again when the customer moves back to their original premises.
